Also gut, ich habe mir dann tats\u00e4chlich den Trainingsplan f\u00fcr 3 Stunden geschnappt und hab den auch in 10 Wochen durchgezogen, nat\u00fcrlich hatte ich vorher auch schon gut trainiert. Bei gutem Laufwetter ging es dann auch den Start, ich bin mit dem Zugl\u00e4ufer f\u00fcr 2:59 mitgelaufen, bis dann bei km 16 nix mehr ging. Ein <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pz-news.de\/sport_artikel,-Bahn-Blockade-beim-Baden-Marathon-Zug-bremst-1000-Laeufer-aus-_arid,441949.html\">G\u00fcterzug <\/a>blockierte die Strecke f\u00fcr mich f\u00fcr gut 8 Minuten. Es ging nix und wir mussten warten. Als die Strecke wieder frei war hat der Zugl\u00e4ufer wieder sein Tempo gemacht um doch noch die 2:59 zu erreichen, das konnte ich nat\u00fcrlich nicht und musste alleine laufen. Ich bin dann in 3:15 ins Ziel gelaufen, bereinigt um die 8 Minuten waren es dann 3:07. Sehr schade, wenn du wochenlang trainierst und dann so was. <br>Daf\u00fcr war die Spendesumme toll, ich konnte \u00fcber 5.400 Euro sammeln aus 46 Spenden.
